I admit it. Water is not my first choice. In fact I despise it. Sounds awful right? I would choose almost anything else over plain water even on a hot and scorching day.
I have finally found something that makes my water intake much more pleasurable and even something I now look forward to drinking. Thank goodness for my infuser bottle and the natural flavored water concoctions that keep me happy and hydrated!
I don’t want to skimp on the benefits of water (and neither should you).
